📋 Description
• Lead in-house accounting function and implement accounting systems and controls • Manage daily accounting activities including bookkeeping, account payable, month-end close • Develop and maintain accounting policies in accordance with GAAP • Manage annual audit/tax process • Revenue Cycle Management and Financial Reporting • Ensure internal control policies adhered to and aligned with company’s policies • Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations • Work with Finance PGM to improve processes and enhance reporting capabilities
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of Big 4 audit experience • 2+ years of experience with month-end close processes and financial statement preparation • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred • Proficient with Excel, Ramp, Carta, QuickBooks/Netsuite • Strong project manager with excellent analytical and organizational skills • Comfortable building processes from scratch • Track record of continual learning and improvement • Willing to work during US hours (EST/PST)
