β€’ Conduct Tech Calls for non-tech-savvy patients β€’ Guide patients through Android tablet usage β€’ Work with RPM devices to ensure accurate data transmission β€’ Collaborate with Engineering Team and Program Managers to escalate and resolve issues β€’ Assist with joining Zoom meetings and using Zoom Phone β€’ Support clinical team with equipment setup β€’ Handle Tech Support requests filed by clinicians or patients β€’ Manage and organize various project tools β€’ Present and take notes on Technical meetings

Requirements

β€’ Prior experience in a customer support role β€’ Expertise in Android Tablets and Samsung Knox Suite β€’ Proficiency in managing Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone β€’ Familiarity with medical devices β€’ Knowledge of Athenahealth preferred β€’ Familiarity with issue tracking software and remote support tools β€’ Understanding of technology systems β€’ Positive, enthusiastic attitude β€’ Skilled in technical debugging techniques β€’ Strong written and verbal communication β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively β€’ Healthcare setting experience advantageous
