📋 Description
• Drive revenue attribution and opportunity generation efforts\n• Transition from fractional (part-time) to full-time leadership role\n• Conduct audits of lead generation and reporting processes\n• Engage stakeholders to align on reporting needs and create a strategic roadmap\n• Build and refine a revenue attribution framework
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in Revenue Operations (RevOps), Marketing Operations, or Growth Marketing roles\n• Experience in enterprise SaaS martech\n• Proven experience in lead attribution, pipeline analysis, and revenue forecasting\n• Expertise in HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools)\n• Experience with Google Analytics, and ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)\n• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing metrics and sales pipelines\n• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic insights\n• Experience in managing multi-million euro marketing budgets and optimizing spend\n• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders\n• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, in European working hours
