Description

• Act as a primary point of contact for our customers during the implementation project • Manage/follow up on tasks • Identify risks and create a mitigation plan • Help the Client understand Antavo’s out-of-the-box capabilities before getting into the implementation period • Understand Antavo’s product and be able to configure the Antavo Back office according to the business requirements • Demonstrate the new product configuration that you deliver to the customers • Make sure that the delivered solution meets the business needs of the client • Answer client-specific product questions and assist them with guides to use the Backoffice in a self-service way • Constantly expand your knowledge about our evolving product and customers’ feature sets with attentiveness to details • Suggest product improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience in a project management role • Outstanding task management, communication and conflict management skills • Excellent organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills • Good people management skills • Good technical skills • Experience in an Agile environment with multiple products, development teams and key stakeholders • Capability of quickly evaluating and prioritizing new tasks • Familiarity with JIRA or other issue and project-tracking software • Capability of learning new technologies and use cases • Experience in using task management tools (eg. Jira, Asana) • Understanding of software development processes • Precision and detail orientation when it comes to requirement documentation • Professional written and verbal English language skills • A positive, collaborative and proactive approach to working in a team • Ability to cope with stress and occasionally intense periods • Good overview and understanding of web technologies (RESTful web services, Javascript frameworks, APIs, SDKs) and databases (both SQL and noSQL) • Experience with loyalty business use cases • Experience with loyalty or CRM technical solutions & loyalty / CRM implementation projects • Experience with customer life-cycle • Work experience at a SAAS company and/or in a customer service role • Familiarity with e-commerce (Magento, Shopify) and marketing CRM/automation platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, Emarsys)
