Description

• Focus on current and prospective Channel Partners • Develop strategies to increase sales through defined Partners • Maintain and deepen relationships with Channel Partner accounts • Develop and maintain a sales strategy and business plan for Partner accounts • Collaborate with marketing to manage effective communication and demand generation campaigns • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets • Travel within the assigned territory (up to 25%)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience • 5-8 years of experience in a software sales and channel development function working with Distributors and Resellers • Demonstrated success in major account development and relationship building; ability to work with people in multiple levels of an organization • End user sales experience, record of achieving and exceeding revenue and recruitment goals • Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment • Skilled in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle various tasks without losing attention to detail • Ability to work well as part of a team • Experience using Salesforce.com for opportunity management, activity tracking, and reporting • Strong follow-up skills and drive to be successful • Fluency in written and spoken English
