• Anthology delivers education and technology solutions so that students can reach their full potential and learning institutions thrive. • Our mission is to empower educators and institutions with meaningful innovation that’s simple and intelligent, inspiring student success and institutional growth. • We help every student achieve their full potential through access to lifelong learning. • As Interim Staffing Assistant, you will perform Student Success interviews, perform onboarding related tasks, and ensure relevant data is entered into multiple recruiting systems in a prompt and accurate manner. • Specific responsibilities will include collecting, managing, and filing of personnel related paperwork to include new hire paperwork and creating offer letters. • Handling multiple job tasks at one time and escalating issues in a timely manner.

• Experience with recruitment processes and databases • Experience with various applicant tracking systems • Good decision-making skills • Excellent communication skills • Experience using MS Office, Excel, Word, OneDrive • Attention to detail; excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information • Must be able to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled work shift • Ability to take inbound (voice) phone calls in a conversation-heavy environment • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English (equivalent to CEF B2 level or above) • Must be at least 18 years old • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience • Willing to accept a temporary assignment • Must reside within an approved state* • Must be able to work from home with the following internet requirements: High-speed Internet Connection (Cable, Fiber, DSL) • Mobile Broadband is not supported, this is satellite, wireless/cellular hotspot service, and point to point internet service • 40 Mbps Download • 20 Mbps Upload • 100ms Ping or less • Jitter: 40 MS or less • Hardwired Connection • Wired connection from the modem/router to the device, no splits/gaps or usage of Wi-Fi bridges
