Description

• Lead Anthology’s global payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries • Overseeing the preparation and processing of payroll for Anthology’s employees globally, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations • Developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures for company-wide payroll processing and accounting • Leading payroll integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions, supporting the onboarding of new employees • Managing and mentoring a team of payroll professionals, providing leadership development and coaching • Partnering with HR, accounting, tax, legal, and other functional areas to provide data and reports as needed and ensuring responsive resolution of employee payroll issues/inquiries • Leading payroll activities for expansion into new international locations, ensuring compliance with local regulations • Developing and monitoring internal controls to accurately report financial information for the payroll department • Managing relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with contractual obligations • Overseeing year-end processes, including filing and issuance of year-end forms to employees and authorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience • At least 10 years of experience in payroll management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role • At least 5 years of experience in global payroll operations • Strong strategic leadership skills with a hands-on approach • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills, and relationship management • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) • Fluency in written and spoken English • Experience with UKG payroll and time tracking (Workforce Management) strongly preferred • Familiarity in payroll regulations for India, Colombia, Czech Republic, and the US • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification • Proficiency in a second language
