Description

• Facilitates effective accounts receivable and relationship management for assigned portfolio • Prepares reports and analyses to reduce outstanding accounts receivable • Facilitates meetings with billing attorneys and stakeholders • Acts as a liaison between clients and attorneys to resolve outstanding balances • Keeps accurate records regarding collection activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred • Combination of 7 years of customer service, accounting, and accounts receivable experience is preferred • Previous law or accounting firm experience is preferred • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Strong critical thinking, research, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel and Outlook • Effective communication skills; verbal and written with proficiency in grammar and punctuation
