Description

• The Fulfillment and Logistics Manager will work closely with leadership to ensure a superior client experience from order to fulfillment. • They will manage the fulfillment of all orders from our private client base, both in-person and via ecommerce. • They will work closely with our shipping partners to direct and coordinate fast-paced shipping campaigns throughout the year. • The Fulfillment and Logistics Manager must be a self-motivated, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual. • They will develop productive working relationships with management, co-workers, and other key partners, managing a leadership-directed schedule of tasks.

Requirements

• High level of integrity and dependability • Fluency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular) • Experience with POS, compliance platforms, and/or fulfillment platforms a plus • Impeccable phone demeanor • Excellent organizational skills • Confident and sound decision making • A team player with high level of dedication • Ability to work under strict deadlines • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a quick moving environment • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing • Must be at least 21 years of age
