Serve as the primary administrator of the HRIS database, optimizing processes to support business needs. ā¢ Employee Experience, Engagement & Career Development: Foster a positive employee experience through regular, high-touch check-ins with staff. Develop and implement comprehensive career pathing programs that provide clear, actionable growth opportunities for employees. ā¢ Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing grievances, complaints, and conflicts in a timely, fair, and compliant manner.
ā¢ Degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or related field ā¢ Minimum 5 years' experience as HR Director or Head of HR ā¢ BPO experience preferred ā¢ Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations best practices ā¢ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ā¢ Demonstrated conflict resolution and mediation experience ā¢ Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities ā¢ Strong organizational and time-management skills ā¢ Ability to maintain confidentiality ā¢ Proven ability to build positive working relationships ā¢ Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills ā¢ Full understanding of HR functions and management principles ā¢ Effective HR administration and people management skills ā¢ Exposure to payroll practices ā¢ Ability to establish credibility and build strong relationships ā¢ Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite ā¢ Familiarity with HRIS platforms like BambooHR, and other platforms like, Monday.com, Bonusly, Workable, Deputy, ADP systems. ā¢ Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines ā¢ Fluent in English, both verbal and written ā¢ Self-motivated team player with strong prioritization skills ā¢ Flexible and adaptable to changing responsibilities ā¢ Positive attitude and strong ability to multitask
