📋 Description
•The Senior Manager, Enterprise Program Management will be responsible for managing enterprise-level programs and projects, •managing and monitoring compliance of program effort to objectives, •developing and deploying content management strategies. •The Sr Manager will work closely with business partners to create business cases and ROIs for programs and projects, •developing and quarterbacking the implementation of enterprise solutions. •The Director/Sr Manager will manage a matrixed team of program managers, project managers, and business analysts.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. •Project Management Certification is preferred. •Proven enterprise program and project management experience and discipline in complex situations. •Work experience with management experience running an enterprise program office and oversight of a staff of program/project managers. •Lean and six sigma certifications, a plus. •Design Thinking and process design experience, a plus. •Advanced analytical skills. •Demonstrated skill in managing matrixed team focused on large complex initiatives. •Strong financial aptitude. •Expert understanding of business structures, interrelationships, and sensitivity analyses.
