• Support Product leadership in defining product strategy for Apixio’s Payment Integrity business. • Maintain a product and capability roadmap, revise, and republish as needed. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, evaluate and prioritize feature candidates to continually improve the capabilities of Apixio Payment Integrity business. • Study the market, competitor, and vendor/data landscape to propose features and capabilities to help Apixio expand and build differentiated PI programs in the marketplace. • Support the business and product in writing business cases and performing ROI analyses. • Manage the intake requests from all key stakeholders, including but not limited to: Operations, Engineering, Sales, Client Success, and Implementations. • Oversee all work that occurs with the various applications that support Apixio’s Payment Integrity business. • Create feature Epics and Stories (in Jira) with enough detail to enable efficient development delivering expected results. • Work with Apixio engineering team to plan, monitor, and report on the development schedule. • Coordinate with the Apixio Operations team to develop scalable processes and ensure they are adequately prepared for new releases. • Closely collaborate with the Apixio Product Design team to provide compelling and efficient end-user experiences. • Validate that solutions deliver intended value and iterate based on stakeholder feedback. • Contribute to the continual improvement of Product Management methodology and process at Apixio.

Requirements

• Experience in both the art and science of product management. • Analytical in your approach for measuring and optimizing product and operational performance. • Strong communication skills and an ability to drive and navigate conversations. • Analytical in your approach for measuring and optimizing product and operational performance. • Not afraid of getting into a (little) bit of math with some of our data scientists • Experienced with Payment Integrity, both in the post pay and prepay space, as well as with clinical and audits • A great collaborator, with an ability to work with various stakeholders. • Ability to demonstrate a track record of conceiving and delivering enterprise solutions to customers. • Experienced in both SAFe and Agile methodologies. • Curious about customer challenges and how they can be solved. • Technical savviness and ability to effectively engage and collaborate with our engineers. • Able to show a track record of conceiving and delivering enterprise solutions that customers love.
