• We believe AI will usher in a new era of human creativity, thinking, and innovation • Our generative AI platform is purpose-built for high-impact, high-leverage AI workflows • Copy.ai is a fully remote company; must work 9am-5pm in any timezone from Pacific to Eastern • Looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the ML/AI-driven knowledge graph platform

Requirements

• 7+ years of SaaS and/or AI product management experience • Proven track record of shipping products that involve multimodal data, security, and scalability • Deep understanding of knowledge graph technologies, RAG pipelines, and enterprise AI workflows • Familiarity with indexing, retrieval, and ranking mechanisms for AI-driven platforms • Strong ability to write detailed product specifications, collaborate with engineering teams, and manage cross-functional stakeholders • Excellent communication skills • Hands-on approach to prototyping, testing, and iterating quickly based on user feedback • Highly strategic thinker with a balance of long-term vision and short-term execution • Customer-obsessed, focus on understanding user workflows and delivering time-to-value
