Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, and product marketing) to understand industry trends. • Build deep customer understanding to represent their voice in product development. • Translate product strategy into business and user requirements. • Actively prioritize product backlog and coordinate planning with Product Managers. • Partner with Data Architects on implementing best practice data principles. • Use data to inform product decisions and measure outcomes. • Provide focus for engineering teams to deliver customer value. • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and product adoption activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building SaaS products, with proven success driving customer adoption and retention. • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and similar data infrastructure technologies. • Passion for products and technology – loves to innovate to solve complex problems. • Ability to excite, energize and motivate others; thrives in teams; highly inclusive and collaborative; proven ability to lead through influence vs. authority. • Well-versed in Agile Scrum best practices and experienced being a product owner for a scrum team. • Natural ease at conducting user interviews, speaking the voice of the customer, and evangelizing product adoption internally and externally. • Highly accountable individual and show genuine care about the people, processes, and technology involved in making a successful product come to life. • Strong written and presentation skills; great storyteller. • Martech / Digital marketing / CDP experience is highly desirable.

Cannot exceed 180 hours in the calendar year. Non-Exempt: accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Unused carries over to the next year.
