•As part of the product organization, your focus will be to generate valuable insights, identify trends, and own the roadmap for our next gen analytics and reporting. •You will develop programs and initiatives that ensure the reporting and analytics function is best in class and aligned with customer-first priorities and our business goals. •You will be responsible for the entire PatientNow enterprise reporting function for our customers and partners, analyzing and simplifying data across the PatientNow platform to create easy-to-use solutions that result in tangible outcomes. •Own the analysis of our large volumes of data from various sources, including customer usage, sales, marketing, and financial data, to identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities. •Develop and maintain robust data models and reporting frameworks to extract, transform, and visualize data, providing accurate and actionable insights to stakeholders. •Conduct in-depth analyses to support decision-making on product development, pricing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. •Design, develop, and enhance reporting dashboards and automated reports to effectively communicate key metrics and performance indicators. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather internal reporting requirements and ensure access to accurate, actionable data. •Partner with engineering to employ data visualization techniques to present data in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner. •Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue optimization based on data-driven insights. •Collaborate with the product management team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of product enhancements and new feature launches. •Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess market trends, user behavior, and customer needs, providing strategic recommendations for business growth.
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. •A master's degree is a plus. •Proven product management experience (5-7 years) in business analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. •Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar languages. •Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is preferred. •Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques, data modeling, and predictive analytics. •Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and present them to diverse stakeholders. •Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data analysis to business objectives and outcomes. •Experience working in SAFE agile methodologies preferred. •Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences. •Leadership experience, including team management and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. •Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
