Description

• This is not a Customer Service Representative (CSR) position. • You will be using your existing sales skills to convert inbound leads into revenue. • You will work remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative. • You will conduct in-depth consultation calls to educate families about senior care options. • Guidance and support to deliver a great family experience is essential. • Your success will be measured by reaching production benchmarks. • Experience within Senior Living or Home Care organizations is desired, but not required for this position.

Requirements

• Two (2) or more years of experience in high-volume inside sales/inbound phone sales • History of exceeding sales targets • Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer • Strong computer and typing skills necessary, including Word and Excel and ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system • Successfully complete new hire training program
