• Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting culture and values during hiring process. • Develop and implement strategies to support employer brand. • Refine “ARK” hiring strategies to streamline operations. • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for diverse candidates. • Review resumes and conduct phone screenings for candidate qualifications. • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely processes. • Write and post engaging job descriptions. • Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout hiring. • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs. • Prepare job offers and manage the hiring process until onboarding. • Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with regulations.
• At least 2+ years of recruiting experience • 1+ year recruiting technical candidates preferred • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms • Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven • Robust knowledge of best DEI practices
