Description

• We are seeking an experienced and effective Project Manager to support the Finance, IT, IR, and Tax functions. • This person will drive efficiency of the CFO’s organization which includes accounting, financial planning & analysis, investor relations, information technology, and tax. • Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring cross-departmental alignment, timely issue resolution, and adherence to deadlines. • Organize efforts across the CFO’s organization as needed to provide department leaders with timely and reliable information to support decision making, planning and communications. • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum 8 years of combined experience in business operations and project management within a publicly traded company • Experience in data analysis and performance monitoring • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create sophisticated presentation material • Advanced Project Management software experience, Smartsheet preferred • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of managing complex initiatives, tight timelines, with excellent attention to detail • Ability to set and follow through on goals with a sense of urgency while keeping broader strategic objectives in focus • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities and timelines • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen sense of how to connect with people and build trust • Successfully exhibit Apogee’s C.O.R.E. values: Caring, Original, Resilient and Egoless • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
