•Dive into the forefront of procurement innovation with Samsung SDS America! •The procurement cycle defines how enterprises source, evaluate, and pay complex supplier and product landscapes. •Samsung SDS America is seeking an Implementation and Delivery Project Manager who will shape the success of implementation & delivery of our new AI-driven SRM solution. •This role will lead the successful deployment of our Source-to-Pay solution. •Your key responsibilities will include managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless client adoption of the solution. •The ideal candidate will have a strong background in source-to-pay and procure-to-pay systems, project management, and stakeholder communication. •Join us in our journey to make procurement processes predictive, efficient, and intelligent process. •This is a 100% remote role in the US. This role requires business travel up to 35%.

Requirements

•Develop and execute detailed delivery strategy for Caidentia solution implementations. •Lead cross-functional teams through the entire implementation lifecycle. •Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand and address project requirements. •Configure SaaS solutions to meet the unique needs of clients. •Manage and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges for timely delivery. •Establish and enforce quality standards for SaaS solution implementation. •Conduct regular training programs for end-users, and partners, and provide ongoing support. •Manage client expectations and experience in a way that results in high client satisfaction. •Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements and testing protocols. •Ensure effective communication of project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders. •Conduct post-implementation reviews and retrospectives for continuous improvement. •Contribute to the team success beyond client delivery with product development, operational improvement, recruiting and sales.
