β€’ Apollo.io is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to help scale our organic and paid conversion efforts. β€’ This role will focus on improving the user journey from SEO-driven and paid acquisition funnels to conversion, ensuring our landing pages, sign-up flows, and website experiences drive maximum impact. β€’ You will work cross-functionally with SEO, Growth, Product, and Design to build and execute data-driven A/B tests, optimize UX/UI, and remove conversion roadblocks. β€’ This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for experimentation, and experience optimizing B2B SaaS conversion funnels.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3-6+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), growth marketing, or UX optimization in a B2B SaaS environment. β€’ Strong proficiency in A/B testing platforms (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO). β€’ Experience with website analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Heap, Mixpanel) and user behavior tracking tools (Hotjar, Crazy Egg, FullStory). β€’ Strong understanding of SEO-driven CRO strategies and landing page optimization. β€’ Data-driven mindset with experience in funnel analysis, form optimization, and lead conversion. β€’ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to work effectively with developers (coding not required but a plus). β€’ Experience optimizing multi-step sign-up flows, demo request pages, and lead gen forms. β€’ Strong ability to interpret data, present findings, and recommend actionable CRO strategies. β€’ Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with SEO, Growth, Product, and Engineering. β€’ Passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
