🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing, with a focus on behavioral health services. • In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing processes, coding, and reimbursement methodologies. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in the use of billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
