📋 Description
• Lead and produce proposal responses (RFI, RFQ, RFP). • Manage a proposal team to prepare and submit winning proposals. • Oversee schedules, compliance, content, and reviews for proposals. • Collaborate with senior staff to develop tailored proposal content. • Conduct final quality control checks on proposals. • Manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines. • Develop understanding of government contracting regulations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, other degrees are acceptable. • Minimum of 3 years of experience writing and managing proposals for small businesses as a prime. • Strong understanding of federal solicitation requirements. • Successfully authored and secured 5+ awarded proposals within the past 24 months. • Advanced user in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
