📋 Description

• Type of Position: Full-time, exempt, temporary • Team: Programs • Reports To: Senior Advisor, Accountability Campaigns • Salary Range: $85,400 - $101,712, based upon experience • Tier: Manager • Tier Description: Work independently and manage work priorities with little guidance from manager; Project management cross teams and with external stakeholders; Requires independent decision-making and substantial experience in the work or issue area. • May manage a program or campaign & manage daily workflow; Positions lead work in an area of specialization and require some expertise in the relevant area. • First level management • Minimum Role-Specific Experience: 5 years • Preferred People & Project Management Experience: 2 years • About Climate Power: Climate Power is an independent strategic communications and paid media operation focused on building the political will and public support for bold climate action.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant prior work experience in political partnerships, organizing, or communications. • Experience in managing complex projects across different departments or with multiple stakeholders. • Must be able to work independently but also collaboratively with diverse groups of people, communities, and partners. • Ability to communicate information in a clear, compelling manner, be it verbally, graphically, or in writing. • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality of work. • Willingness to stay up to date on best practices and trends relative to the work and projects in their purview. • Strong strategic and writing skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workplace, and content management systems.
