📋 Description
• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant QA Manager to support our Engineering team. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, with proven experience in assisting with QA team management and driving automation initiatives. • The Assistant QA Manager will help lead a team of 4-5 QA engineers and ensure the highest quality standards for our SaaS products.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including 1+ years in a leadership or assistant managerial role. • Experience working with SaaS products, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of SaaS environments. • Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies. • Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, or Ruby). • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical issues effectively.
