📋 Description

• Proven experience in federal government contracting and procurement processes. • Expertise in leveraging platforms such as GovWin for market research and opportunity identification. • Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities. • Strategic planning, competitive analysis, and stakeholder engagement to enhance company position. • Build and manage a high-value business pipeline aligned with revenue targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, marketing) preferred, though other degrees are acceptable. • At least 3 years of experience in building and maintaining a federal contracting pipeline, with a proven record of success in securing contracts. • Proven ability to leverage GovWin for market research, opportunity identification, competitive analysis, and pipeline tracking. • Demonstrated history of leading and winning 10+ federal contracts as a Prime, especially in support of small businesses. • Strong understanding of FAR, procurement methods, and small business set-aside programs. • Expertise in developing competitive strategies that align business capabilities with contracting opportunities, enhancing win probability. • Experience collaborating with internal teams, BD leads, proposal managers, and government decision-makers to influence outcomes.
