📋 Description

• Implement strategic initiatives and various educational programs • Work collaboratively with internal cross functional partners • Interact directly with the Neuromodulation executive leadership team • Plan and execute professional education programs • Strategizing on local and national programs and society meetings • Partner with commercial leadership to identify and prioritize key training/educational needs • Influence program agendas and support content development • Work with KOLs and field reps to gather experience, knowledge and case studies • Ensure that post-training results meet organizational targets and expectations • Establish strong collaborative relations with internal cross-functional partners • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Manage and track budgets • Meeting planning, organization and logistics • Set up and manage event registrations and post-event activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • minimum 3+ years in medical device, biotech or pharma in Education, Training, Sales or Marketing • Able to work flexible hours including 50% travel on weekends and weekdays • Exceptional organizational, prioritization and project management skills • Experience working in a self-directed environment • Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously • Able to work independently and make accurate decisions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Understanding of adult learning principals • Expertise in PowerPoint and/or other educational tools
