Description

• Apothékary seeks a Retail Marketing Associate to drive wholesale and retail business. • Responsible for planning, execution, and support of marketing campaigns and promotions. • Manage retailer product setup forms, systems, and databases for timely submission. • Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Creative for retailer creative needs. • Maintain retailer marketing calendars and develop retailer specific calendars. • Update copy and product attributes on partners’ PDPs regularly. • Manage retail-specific content calendar and master asset library. • Oversee wholesale retail store directory and locator updates. • Write creative briefs and collaborate with internal teams throughout project lifetimes. • Contribute to visual merchandising standards and develop trade toolkits. • Develop in-store events and training programs for associates and customers. • Support omnichannel marketing diligence and insights. • Assist in managing retailers co-op and sampling budgets. • Submit all invoices and POs promptly to A/P. • Track and manage incoming costs to keep budgets updated. • Escalate budget irregularities to the senior team. • Collaborate with PR and Social on digital support for retail partners. • Work with Finance to develop seasonal strategies and execute successful launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field experience • 2-4 years experience working with large retailers or wholesalers such as Sephora, Ulta, Sprouts, QVC, etc. • Experience working with a start-up/growth company preferred • Strong understanding of retail marketing and merchandising • Ability to manage multiple retailers simultaneously • Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects with cross-functional patterns internally and externally • Meticulously detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through • Strong time management skills - executes with pace and possess a strong sense of urgency • Ability to think strategically, conceptualize new ideas, initiate change and react in fast-paced environment • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal capabilities with external partners and internal functional groups • Strong analytical skills, quantitative analysis and budget management • Ability to travel as needed • Systems savvy; able to learn and navigate different systems quickly and efficiently with strong understanding of data integrity • Natural problem solver with a positive attitude and strong time management capabilities • Unquestionable ethics that drive leadership and behavior. • Passion for wellness community and herbal medicine and a vision on how to connect with consumers in ways that have never been done before
