β€’ Develop and execute efficient and effective marketing strategies and campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across the Sei ecosystem. β€’ Build and nurture relationships with ecosystem teams to understand their needs and help them succeed within the Sei ecosystem. β€’ Evangelize Sei’s value proposition to new and existing users through a variety of channels, including social media, community platforms, and industry events. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, business development) to ensure cohesive messaging and successful product launches. β€’ Analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies. β€’ Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the blockchain and crypto space to expand Sei’s reach and community impact. β€’ Process driven: understanding a typical growth life cycle of a team, and problem solve for effective marketing hacks which increase their presence in the Sei ecosystem and beyond.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in ecosystem or growth marketing, with a strong understanding of blockchain technology, particularly EVM-compatible chains. β€’ Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the blockchain or related technology sectors. β€’ Experience in managing lead generation, nurturing campaigns, optimizing performance, and achieving meaningful conversion metrics and ROI. β€’ Passion for staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the blockchain ecosystem. β€’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time. β€’ Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize marketing initiatives based on business goals and market trends. β€’ Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and be a relentless, community-first advocate for Sei.
