📋 Description
• Support product development, customer deployment, and services for Applied SmartFactory® and SmartFactory Rx® automation products • Implement Maintenance Management (CMMS) solutions and MES solutions for customers • Develop new solutions and products with internal APG product development team • Coordinate customer’s teams to deploy CMMS solutions to achieve factory KPIs • Create and implement CMMS/MES application training and/or demonstrations • Perform project management tasks • Respond to customer requests for proposal (RFP) • Improve operations through continuous improvement standards
🎯 Requirements
• BS or MS degree in engineering field • Experience in factory operations • Experience working in semiconductor manufacturing as process or equipment engineer • Familiar with SEMI E10 and SEMI E79 standards • Experience with factory automation applications with specific knowledge in CMMS/MES (either as end user or as administrator) • Project management skills with ability to work on multiple projects concurrently • Working knowledge of databases and use of SQL • Working proficiency using programming and scripting languages such as R, Python, C# is preferred • Experience explaining technical and business concepts to Sr. management and managing diverse requirements among multiple stakeholders.
