• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as mechanical or manufacturing engineering • Proven experience (5 years) in aerospace manufacturing • Advanced application knowledge and experience in machining within the aerospace industry on key aerospace components • Desired CAD/CAM- AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia, Siemens NX and/or Mastercam • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement process improvements • Analytical and problem-solving skills of basic manufacturing processes • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders • Experience in the manufacturing industry or similar environments is a plus
