Security teams and owners can quickly detect and mitigate threats using unmatched depth of protection, continuous monitoring, and comprehensive visibility. • About the Role: AppOmni is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow our Threat Platform team. In this role, you will oversee critical parts of our platform focused on SaaS security, enabling customers to identify, prioritize, and respond to threats in real time. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, shape technical direction, and lead a high-performing engineering team skilled in Python and Go to build high-volume data pipelines that empower robust SaaS threat detection and analytics. • Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Vision; Team Management & Development; Delivery & Execution; Customer-Centric Innovation; Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment; Process & Quality Excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of overall Software Engineering experience, including 5+ years as a hands-on engineer • 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or in a technical leadership role, guiding teams that deliver production-grade SaaS solutions • Expertise with Python and Go, particularly in building high-volume data pipelines or threat detection systems • Proven track record of managing complex projects with high-performance and high-availability requirements, ideally in security or data-focused environments • Demonstrated ability to fail fast, learn faster, iterating quickly in agile or agile-esque settings • Strong communication skills—verbal and written—suitable for a remote-first or distributed workforce • Familiarity with SaaS security, security operations, or detection engineering is a plus (though not mandatory)

• Base Salary: The annual base salary compensation range in the U.S. for this role is $200,000 - $225,000. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as the final candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as business considerations and peer compensation. • Stock Options: Our vision is to not just grow as a company but to grow together.
