🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years experience leading Platforms-focused engineering teams • Ability to build strong teams via hiring, balancing the needs of the team now and into the future • Excellent communication skills to partner with other engineering teams, product and the rest of the business • Strong technical experience with focus in Python microservices enabling the ability to roll up their sleeves as needed • Ability to define and continuously improve the architecture of cloud-based microservices, event-driven applications and integrations with external applications and partners • Ability to define the longer term technical strategy around scalable service platforms, APIs, SDKs, etc.
