📋 Description

• Lead and shape the technical direction of our critical data reconciliation systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our platform with various financial systems, ERPs, and data warehouses. • Drive technical decisions that balance immediate business needs with long-term scalability and maintainability. • Develop and implement strategies for hiring, retaining, and growing top engineering talent. • Create and execute on a multi-year technical roadmap for our substantiation platform. • Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment across the organization. • Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership, translating engineering efforts into business value. • Spearhead efforts to automate manual reconciliation processes, significantly reducing error rates and processing times. • Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to ensure proactive issue detection and resolution. • Develop and refine data governance policies to maintain the highest standards of data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred • 8+ years of experience in software development, with proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript). • 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing projects. • 5+ years of experience in people management, supervision, or team leadership. • Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable, real-time software systems, particularly those handling financial data. • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system architecture. • Experience with cloud computing technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). • Knowledge of financial data management, reconciliation processes, and regulatory compliance. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in mentoring and developing engineering talent. • Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects and driving technical innovation. • Understanding of security principles and best practices, especially in financial data handling.
