Description

Lead engineering, quality and Asset Data Management for plant design and operations • Coordinate with Twelve’s functions and manage/oversee contractors • OVERSEE DESIGN AND ENGINEERING THROUGH PROJECT LIFECYCLE • Conduct conceptual engineering activities and optimize process systems/designs • Champion safety culture; ensure process safety requirements are implemented • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements

20+ years of experience in complex projects (i.e.,upgraders, refineries, naphtha, syngas plants, jetfuel) • Experience in developing and executing comprehensive execution plans with complex interdependencies • Business acumen and ability to foresee interdependencies on complex projects • Strong leadership and communication skills in diverse and multicultural settings • Exceptional knowledge in multi-disciplined environments and risk management strategies • Experience in early stage development on varied projects and applying industry standards • Strong knowledge of construction processes of hydrocarbon plants • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
