🎯 Requirements

• Have three or more years of professional experience in a full-time engineering manager role • Strong decision maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and quality • Have participated in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives (recruiting processes, career frameworks, etc) in a prior role • Have prior experience managing complex, long-term projects that touch multiple teams and cross-functional stakeholders • Effective communicator and story-teller. Able to influence cross-functional stakeholders and adjacent teams
