📋 Description

•Take the leap and grab the opportunity to manage a market-leading FinTech SaaS product. •With a global customer base of thousands of accounts, grow your skills with a challenging level of scale requiring thoughtful implementations, architecture, and strategy to satisfy customer needs. •You will be surrounded by a highly talented senior staff capable of supporting your career aspirations and growth. •With a hybrid structure of both onshore and offshore resources, you will be presented with opportunities to solve complex business Lease Accounting problems with the option to work in-office, hybrid, or fully remote. •FinQuery is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team. •We’re looking for someone with a passion for software engineering. •You will be building, leading and working side-by-side with a group of highly talented engineers focused on our flagship Lease Accounting software. •We are 100% cloud-based, hosted on AWS using general agile development practices. •In this role you are both the leader as well as a critical “get it done” person. •You will work remotely with colleagues across the organization to design, develop, and deliver valuable software to our application teams and customers and continuously improve the way we do it.

🎯 Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or similar professional experience •5+ years experience in software generally, ideally in SaaS •5+ years experience in C# and web-based applications •3+ years as a manager of an engineering team, preferably in a SaaS environment •Preferred Experience •Docker / Kubernetes •Microservices •React •GitHub Actions
