📋 Description

• Responsible for leading the Data Infrastructure pillar within MLP org • Setting up a data strategy for ML use cases • Building scalable infrastructure for ML practitioners • Developing frameworks and services for training ML models • Building partnerships with senior engineering and data science leaders • Advocating for a world-class user experience on the ML Platform

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience and 5+ years of management experience • Experience leading large-scale ML platform/infrastructure teams • Track record of hiring and growing diverse, highly talented engineers and people leaders • Strategic & analytical thinking skills combined with curiosity and customer empathy • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Comfortable managing a hybrid team across geographies & time zones
