• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, helping them grow professionally and achieve their career goals. • Oversee project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives. • Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and technical mentorship to the team. • Participate in recruiting efforts to build a diverse and skilled engineering team. • Engage actively in agile development processes, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional software solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years managing an engineering team, ideally within the healthcare tech space (healthcare tech not a hard requirement) • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web application development in any language as part of a cross-functional agile team • 4+ years of experience leading and mentoring other engineers • 2+ years of experience leading teams working with containerized and serverless applications and services on cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • A proven track record of designing and developing well-designed, thoroughly tested, secure, and documented software solutions
