This team plays a crucial role in optimizing subscriber growth, engagement, and retention by delivering seamless user experiences and driving business impact through experimentation, personalization, and data-driven decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing teams and delivering growth-related initiatives. • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and scaling engineering teams. • Experience in building and scaling subscription platforms, including payments, pricing strategies, and customer retention flows. • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments. • Strategic thinker capable of balancing long-term technical vision with immediate business needs. • Experience in growth engineering, including experimentation, user segmentation, and conversion optimization. • Experience in data analytics, A/B testing, and lifecycle marketing techniques.
