📋 Description
• Lead and manage a teams of Full Stack Leads and Engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to drive team performance and growth. • Architect and design scalable and robust full-stack solutions that leverage AI and cloud technologies to achieve business objectives. • Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to integrate machine learning models and algorithms into applications. • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices to maintain code quality and consistency. • Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team. • Drive the adoption of Cloud First principles, including scalability, elasticity, and cost optimization. • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of AI and Cloud First applications.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 10-12 years of proven experience in Full Stack development, with significant experience in AI-driven and Cloud First application development. • 4-6 years of experience in team leadership and people management, with a track record of building and retaining high-performing engineering teams. • Expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue, React Native, React, Node.js, Python, and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
