📋 Description

• AppOmni is leading the cybersecurity and AI revolution. • The Senior Manager, OmniWatch is a critical leadership role, with full P&L ownership, responsible for building and managing AppOmni's OmniWatch services function. • OmniWatch encompasses AppOmni's comprehensive suite of professional and managed security services designed to reduce sales cycles, accelerate product adoption, reduce customer time to value all while generating meaningful recurring revenue for the business. • This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in SaaS security, proven experience in building and scaling services teams, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. • The Senior Manager will play a key role in growing AppOmni as a trusted advisor and leader in the SaaS security space, including representing the company through thought leadership and industry engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (7+ years) in building and leading professional and/or managed security services teams in the SaaS or technology industry. • Deep technical understanding of SaaS security architecture, principles, and best practices, with a strong preference for experience with leading SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Workday, or other leading platforms). • Experience with AppOmni's SaaS Security Management Platform is highly desirable. • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives. • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing technical teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer outcomes. • Experience with project management methodologies and tools. • Self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • MBA or relevant Master’s degree is a plus.

🏖️ Benefits

• Base Salary: The annual base salary compensation range in the U.S. for this role is: $190,000 - $225,000 USD. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as the final candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as business considerations and peer compensation. • Stock Options: Our vision is to not just grow as a company but to grow together.
