β€’ Responsible for providing initial assessment, triage, and resolution of Cloud-related incidents. β€’ Monitor system alerts and contribute to knowledge base documentation. β€’ Maintain a high level of customer service.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent. β€’ 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field. β€’ Basic understanding of Cloud computing concepts. β€’ Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management principles (ITIL a plus). β€’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
