Description

• Ensuring software and associated equipment is deployed, commissioned and supported into airports across the US • Assisting with training on-site IT teams how to troubleshoot issues • Delivering on-site product troubleshooting training • Providing technical support to customers in a fast-paced environment • Maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction • Work with ticketing systems to document issues and resolutions • Ensure logged support tickets are reviewed and escalated as required • Assist with deployment of software updates and patching • Configuring PCs and other hardware equipment

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience delivering hardware installations within airport environments • Experience working in a service helpdesk • Familiar with SaaS and remote hardware support • Comfortable with implementing and supporting multiple products • Strong communication skills • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Strong working knowledge of Windows-based machines • Experience managing domain equipment using Active Directory • Experience with Networking, Installation and configuration of network switches • Knowledge of USB and Serial connected devices • Cloud infrastructure experience with Azure and AWS (advantageous) • Experience with airport/airline software is desirable
