β€’ Focus on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Flex customers. β€’ Answer technical questions and resolve technical issues for customers running Flex software. β€’ Maintain and improve positive long term partnerships between Motorola Solutions and Customers. β€’ Perform technical diagnostics and maintenance for Flex software products. β€’ Conduct required testing of modified programs to ensure correct operations. β€’ Direct activities to contribute to the overall performance of the Technical Services Department. β€’ Work on Project Teams for new or enhanced products to ensure supportability. β€’ Identify ways to improve assigned team and department operations.

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or equivalent β€’ 2+ years of customer service/support experience β€’ Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer β€’ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. β€’ Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
