Description

• Focus on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Flex customers. • Answer technical questions and resolve technical issues for customers running Flex software. • Maintain and improve positive long term partnerships between Motorola Solutions and Customers. • Perform technical diagnostics and maintenance for Flex software products. • Conduct required testing of modified programs to ensure correct operations. • Direct activities to contribute to the overall performance of the Technical Services Department. • Work on Project Teams for new or enhanced products to ensure supportability. • Identify ways to improve assigned team and department operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of customer service/support experience • Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
