• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team remotely. • This role is crucial for supporting our recruiters and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. • The ideal candidate will be proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with remote work supporting clients in the United States is a plus. • Compensation is ideal for English-speaking candidates in Latin America, the Philippines, and India.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar administrative role within a recruiting/HR department. • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desired. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Comfortable working remotely. • Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools is a plus.
