Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field • 1 to 3 years of experience in administration • Highly proficient in using MS Excel (a must) • Experience with the PRACTICE ENGINE is an advantage • Data-driven and attentive to detail • Available to work overtime, as needed • Ability to manage and prioritize assigned work using exemplary time-management and task-prioritization skills • Ability to work independently • Demonstrates ability to multi-task and turnaround assigned work accurately and in a timely manner • Excellent administrative and computer literacy skills • Strong organizational and customer service skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail with the ability to self-review • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
