Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Support, preferably in an international SaaS company or tech company. • Pleasant and patient communicator with strong written and verbal skills. • Speak and write English fluently. • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. • Ability and willingness to be productive on night shift.
