Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or JD preferred. • CPA, EA or a JD with an active bar license required. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in tax compliance, controversy, or advisory services, with a focus on complex tax issues. • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and international tax laws and regulations. • Proven experience managing tax audits and disputes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex tax issues to clients and stakeholders effectively. • Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
