• This is a remote position. • Aquarius Strategies has been retained to search for a Sales Support and Enablement Manager. • This role is crucial for maximizing sales team efficiency and effectiveness. • This individual will be responsible for driving sales productivity by optimizing processes, providing essential tools and resources, and delivering impactful training programs. • This role serves as a strategic partner to the sales leadership team, ensuring the sales organization operates efficiently and effectively to achieve revenue targets. • This role is with a well-established and growing organization. • This organization prides itself on having a unique corporate environment, and experiences high employee satisfaction. • If you love teamwork, exploring ideas, and coming up with creative solutions, we’d be thrilled to talk to you!
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in sales operations and/or sales enablement. • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience creating and delivering training. • Experience with sales methodologies like solution selling, or challenger sale.
