📋 Description
• Serve as key liaison between customers and internal teams. • Provide training, implementation, and technical support to HFA clients. • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Financial suite of products. • Act as a single point of contact for technical support. • Collaborate with teams to improve solutions. • Create documentation and webinars for training, and consult with customers.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in Bond Finance, Banking, and/or corporate Accounting/Finance. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Experience with data analysis and software support, training, or implementation preferred. • Experience with helpdesk/ticketing platforms is a plus.
